WTC ISS Instructors Recieve Instructor Excellence Recognition Award
June 17, 2020
The Cisco Networking Academy has acknowledged two of Western Technical College’s Information Systems and Security instructors for their contributions in the classroom and the Network Academy. The Annual Recognition Program formally acknowledges outstanding accomplishments and contributions of instructors and academies around the world.
The Instructor Excellence Recognition Award categories recognize notable instructor accomplishments and is based on a recognition score outlining the instructors ability to patriciate in online communities, complete professional development opportunities, use adequate resources, and have superb student performance within the classrooms.
Top-performing NetAcad Instructors around the world can achieve two levels of instructional excellence. (1) Expert: Top 10% of instructors globally (2) Advanced: Top 25% of instructors globally.
We are proud to announce that Western Tech’s very own instructors from the Information Systems and Security Program, Erika Loya and Esteban Robles, have been recognized by this program as Experts (Top 10% globally) for the 2019 calendar year!
“This is the same recognition that I received a few years ago (2015) and I’m so happy and proud to see that it’s happening now with them. I’m truly blessed to have some amazing instructors working in the ISS program as part of my team!”, stated Gabriela Rzycki, ISS Program Director
Congratulations on being internationally acknowledged for all your hard work, dedication, and outstanding accomplishments!
